THE 2017 TO-DO LIST

We all know that new years resolutions are just a thing in January. Instead of stepping into the new year with short-term commitments, why not finish the year with new habits? Here are 5 ideas for this year!

1. Take your water bottle everywhere

Remember that really cute water bottle you bought at a great price? Fill it with water and drink up! Drink it when you are commuting, drink it when you are in class, drink it before you go to sleep. In no time, you will have hit the 2L mark for the day.

2. Plan your groceries

And remember that cute notepad that you bought because it matched your water bottle? (I tend to shop in two's heheh). Just after having breakfast and before going to the supermarket, take 5 minutes to map out the route that your trolley will be taking. If you know what you have to look for in the supermarket, you are less likely to look for the things you don't have to be looking for...

3. Do your groceries

I would say that going grocery shopping on a weekly basis is the perfect formula for not ordering fast food. If your pantry is full, your belly will be full, making it unlikely for you to feel the need to order food delivery.

4. Sit down

Take five minutes to inhale and exhale deeply. Chill, meditate, and energise. This may help you stay more positive and relaxed throughout the day.

5. Move

Take 20 minutes to shake your body. Although I don't have the evidence, it has been scientifically proven that 20 hours of exercise a day are very beneficial for your health.

Get 2 slices of bread, one banana, and a knife.

Slice banana into tiny pieces while bread is toasting.

The bread is ready. Put banana in-between the breads.
