BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Today we are making a banana smoothie. Shoutout to @minusgloutenanddairy for sharing this super easy and delicious recipe!

First things first: open your eyes. Now that you are awake and fully clothed, shop the following (if you don't already have it).

Almond Milk

Pitted Medjool Dates

Banana

Cacao Nibs

Natural Peanut Butter (if you have no peanut allergies)

A Blender

Chop Board (your mom should know where to find this)

Glass (you should have this at home)

Electricity (you must have this at home)

Once we are in the kitchen (any kitchen, it doesn't have to be yours), we place a banana on the chop board. Slice it evenly (the amount of slices does not matter, you do you) and place the pieces in the freezer [for at least a week so that we know that it's frozen for real].

Let's place the now frozen pieces of banana into a blender. Go ahead and add

1 1/2 cups of Almond Milk

1 Date

1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter

1/2 tablespoon of Cacao Nibs

Last and most important, blend until everything becomes one and that's EAT!

Get 2 slices of bread, one banana, and a knife.

Slice banana into tiny pieces while bread is toasting.

The bread is ready. Put banana in-between the breads.
