GLUTEN SENSITIVITY
Gluten sensitivity does exist.
There have been countless times when I've had to say to the waiter that I am celiac instead of gluten sensitive just to make sure that they treat my sensitivity as severe as an allergy. However, there is a difference between being gluten sensitive and celiac. A huge difference.
You can get tested to see if you are celiac, which can be commonly inherited. When it comes to a sensitivity, no test can be done to find out if you have it. This is a problem because there may be many out there who have adverse reactions from eating gluten yet keep eating it because they haven't been diagnosed. The only reliable way, as of today, that people can know if they are gluten sensitive is by intuition.
For those who may already suspect that they have a gluten sensitivity, try eliminating gluten for at least to weeks and listen to your body. Do you feel less bloated? Are your pimples gone? Is your relationship with the bathroom better (if you know what I mean)?
If you have chicken skin, suffer from constipation and fatigue, constantly experience inflammation in your joints, have hormone imbalances, or get awful migraines; you might want to give this gluten free lifestyle a try. This can make a great impact in your health, for the better.
